Delete Your Account and Associated Data

This deletion process applies to all applications developed by PDF AI Lab, operated and supported by Sophon LLC, including but not limited to:

PDF AI, PPT AI, PDF Reader Pro, PDF Viewer, and any future applications released under PDF AI Lab.

We respect your privacy and are committed to providing a clear and secure process for you to manage your personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

Open the app, go to Settings > About Us > Delete Account, and follow the steps to submit your deletion request.

7-Day Grace Period: If you log in again within 7 days, your account and data will be fully restored.

Option 2: By Email

  1. Send an email to feedback@sophoninc.com.
  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Indicate if your account has an active subscription.
  4. We will verify your request via email.
  5. Deletion is processed within 7 business days.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email.

Immediate & Irreversible: Email-based deletions are permanent once processed.

Data Retention Policy

In-App Deletions

Your account enters a 7-day grace period. After 7 days, all personal data—including login credentials, usage logs, and uploaded documents—will be permanently erased.

Email-Based Deletions

Data is deleted immediately upon confirmation and cannot be recovered. Sophon LLC does not retain any personal data once deletion is finalized.
