1. Information We Collect
The exact information collected depends on the specific product, platform, app version, device settings, region, and features you use. Some Services may process files locally on your device and may collect little or no personal information. Other Services may include accounts, document upload, AI document understanding, summaries, notes, slides, podcast or audio generation, ads, analytics, subscriptions, crash reporting, cloud import/export, or online features.

We may collect information about how you interact with the Services, such as feature usage, app launches, session information, diagnostic events, document processing events, generation events, subscription-related events, ad interaction events, and performance data. We use this information to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services.
1.2 Device identifiers and advertising identifiers
The Services may use device identifiers, including advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law. These identifiers may be used for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, app performance measurement, and advertising.
1.3 Camera, photos, documents, files, prompts, and generated content
The Services provide document scanning, PDF reading, PDF editing, document viewing, file conversion, OCR, signing, annotation, AI document understanding, summaries, notes, slides, podcast or audio generation, file import, file export, and related document features. To provide these features, the Services may request access to your camera, photos, media, documents, or file storage, and may process files, prompts, instructions, transcripts, audio, generated outputs, and related metadata.
We use this information only to provide the features you choose to use, such as scanning documents, importing files, viewing documents, creating PDFs, editing files, converting files, exporting files, saving files on your device, chatting with documents, generating summaries, creating notes or slides, or generating podcast/audio content. Unless a feature clearly requires upload, cloud access, account synchronization, or AI processing, your documents and files remain on your device or with the storage provider you select.
1.4 Account, purchase, and subscription information
If a Service offers account, purchase, or subscription features, we may process information needed to provide those features, such as account identifiers, email address, purchase status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, receipts, plan information, and related support information. Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Google Play, Apple, Stripe, or other third-party payment providers, and their processing is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may collect crash reports, diagnostics, logs, device information, operating system information, app version, and other technical data to identify and fix bugs, reduce crashes, improve performance, and maintain security.
1.6 Approximate location
Some third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or infrastructure services may infer approximate location from network or device information, subject to your device settings and applicable law. We use this information for analytics, advertising, security, localization, and service improvement.
2. Permissions Used by the Services
Depending on the product, platform, and features you use, the Services may request permissions such as:
